Scope of Practice

We represent employees, professional licensees, licensed care providers, and workers seeking unemployment benefits. We practice "people law" - assisting people in the workforce who need help dealing with employers, former employers, professional licensing boards (such as the Oregon Board of Psychology), state certification agencies (such as the Oregon Department of Human Services Background Check Unit), the Oregon Employee Relations Board (ERB), or the Oregon Employment Department (for people who have been denied unemployment benefits).
